My kitties are all about the attitude. Our dog? Not so much. More "oh my gosh, they're going to pet me, I'm wagging my tail so fast it might fall off, I hope they like me, please pet me, I love you."
The cats? "You will pet me now. Right now. OK, I'm done with you for now. Goodbye."
