Never issued on CD. If you see one on cd, it's a boot. (Issued on Vinyl, 8-track, casstette, (probally reel-to-reel, but never came acroass one) and various foreign releases. Australian has a different cover). 3 different US versions on Vinyl, same cover, just little differences.
