Next time you're in Gatlinburg, you should give me a call. I only live 20 minutes from there. I would love to meet a fellow Ledgie! I agree with what you said above. Gatlinburg was better before it got all touristy! At least it isn't as touristy as Pigeon Forge! That is where Dollywood and all that stuff is. I don't really care for it at all. Unlike Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg still has its appeal---it is still fairly quaint, and the mountains/Smoky Mountain National Park, which it borders, is just beautiful.
