amazing! I missed my once in a lifetime chance for the same reasons. I was not a forceful, aggressive schnook. Damn, that whole thing was shameful. It could have been wonderful...but...well....you know. I was going to contest the credit card bill, but I didn't have the nerve. This was a mistake I still regret. The move would have been to do the party thing the day before or after the show so that there may have been a bit more time to do it. Also, people should have been called up alphabetically to have a measured allotment of time and a photo. In fact, when I took out my camcorder that Gerri told me I could bring, one of the guards threatened to physically remove me if I didn't put it away. Kinda shabby treatment for a $500 donation. Oh well, I could go on, but what's the point. I still hold hope to meet her someday, but I think I would pass out cold.
