Everyone drives no more than 20 mph and everything is so sluggish. The light turns green and the cars just sit there. Starting and completing a right hand turn takes five minutes. Don't even get me started on left turns... |
Yikes. Makes me glad I've never been to the south. My extremely-impatient-check-my-watch-every-two-minutes nature would not be able to handle it.
