I'm a somewhat recent fan.
I saw her name last year on a Gillian Welch site, went and listened to some song clips on Amazon, then bought Fan Dance. I couldn't believe I'd never heard of her before. That's the only album of hers I have so far, though. I've been meaning to buy Martinis & Bikinis for the longest time, but I haven't gotten around to it yet.
