Just a slight correction... the song is "
Nights in White Satin" I believe referring to white satin bedsheets.
I thought for the longest time that it was "Knights" dressed in satin rather than armour but then I got their
Legend of a Band cd and discovered I had been wrong for years.
But by any name it's one of the greatest songs ever recorded.
