Bush wasn't right. Even If I believed that he honestly thought he was bringing democracy in Iraq (and I don't) his war killed directly and indirectly hundreds of thousands people, pushed a country already in desperate conditions in a humanitarian tragedy, with no food, no medicines, no water, caused a civil war, created a brand new Iraqi branch for Al Queida, and gave to Osama Bin Laden's followers another reason for organizing new spectacular terrorist attacks (as in Spain or in Middle East). And now what?
To see all that people risking their lives to vote moved me, but that is going to be an unstable democracy. What would happen when US, Italian, British and other foreign troops would leave the Country? What if an ultra-religious group would go to the power? Would Mr Bush be willing to inject another dose of his medicine?
