I've experienced-what I call- aural vertigo, a couple times. It's usually alcohol induced, although sometimes, if stage volume is ridiculous, it's hard to find tonic(no, not tonic for alcohol, you non musicians ).
I know a bass player who has a terrible time singing in E. I sometimes have a little trouble getting started in Bb....
