Besides Dolby Stereo there was "Quadrophonic" mixes which STILL sounds great to my ears.

Kiss were somewhat the rage musically in our household, The whole makeup/theaterical gimmick worked great (Too bad in 2005 they are an absolute joke!!!) but the Beatles still ruled the roost!!!

As for personal life then...Oct. to Dec.1977 sucked worse than any year in my life (Dec.2003 to March 2004 is a close second) but at the same time 1979 was the most fun EVER in my life.

Interesting I was born the same day Chicago Cubs legend Ernie Banks hit his 500th Home Run (May 12,1970) and I am a diehard Cubs fan...And it was the same week that the Beatles released their final album "Let It Be".
