There is nothing tackier than threatening to withhold tips. I wanted to leave right then and there. And I didn't even really eat the food because I was afraid the waitress spit in it or coughed up a phlegmglobber.
My big problem with her at the music store was how loud and obnoxious she was. If you don't like a band or a particular artist, go ahead and say so. But don't scream across the store at the top of your lungs "DEBORAH HARRY IS A BLOATED WRECK!" I mean, where did she learn how to act in public? I felt like telling her that I wasn't ready to have kids yet and I didn't want practice raising one by taking her out. I had my Franz CD playing in the car when I drove her home just to piss her off, too. At least I had something fabulous to listen to, as opposed to her obnoxious mouth. |
