Point being, there was a disclaimer saying that everything was in jest and no one should take it seriously. It wasn't meant to be serious unlike coming out on a board and saying flat out what you think of him.

I didn't say or infer that it was only you who authored or participated in the journals, I thought you had made that clear in your previous post. You're the only one who posted and took responsibility for the journals, and since you chose to defend them as harmless fun and a joke, I quoted your post.
I didn't even realize there were journal entries made after the entries were discovered yesterday....IMO, that makes it worse.
You and your friends also had the option of making the journals private at the inception or yesterday when they were discovered.
If we want to get into a discussion about being
"serious" about the things that are posted about Lindsey's wife on public boards, this thread could go on forever. One could read strandinthewind's post about Chris Nicks and apply that same empathy, care and respect for Lindsey's wife with most of the comments that are made about her on public boards by many of the people who posted in those journals, including you.

I mean this is such a tired topic - the point has been made 1,000 times and their teenage daughter surfs the net and sure as hell does not need you people bashing her dad no matter what you think or how true it might be.
Is it so hard for you all to get that - Is it so hard for you to put yourself in her position? Is it so hard for you to realize that it is not YOUR place to tell her your opinion about her dad?

Since you're sensitive to what is being read by the children associated with the band and their families, I hope you choose to defend Lindsey's wife when you see someone posting
serious comments like that about her and telling people what you/they "
