FDR - he had the right ideas and, sadly, the welfare state he imagined has been bastardized, misused, and blown WAY out of scope and proportion.

George Washington - he said beware of political parties - need I say more
Ronald Regean - bad politics, but I liked him as a person
Clinton - liar and schemer but other than that
did a good job
Carter - completely ineffective - but a good heart in the right place
