And I changed my mind about resolutions since I've been reading this thread. This coming year I am going to convince someone (male or female, probably female since they are always worse about it) that he or she does not need to lose weight and looks perfectly beautiful the way he/she is!!!

And I will continue convincing myself in the process, since it has turned into an ongoing process, unfortunately.
