I seriously doubt we'll ever see those released officially. If Stevie was disappointed with them back then, she's probably either doubly disappointed today or she's completely forgotten about them.

Better even than that soundstage lip-sync job that we've all seen (besides, I think it's on a Tom Petty video compilation) would be some live footage of "Insider" from the 1981 Heartbreakers tour.
