If it is in good shape that price is a deal. But, clearly there is no need for that when the Pres. of the U.S has AF1
And - a ship that old could not possibly be retrofitted for today's use. I mean even Queen Elizabeth retired the RMS Brittania because it was outdated and expensive. But, seeing as how the Bush's seem to think they are royalty
