My policy is to share everything I have unless the person who gave it to me asked me not to do so. I know the resentment one feels when someone brags about having a certain song that wasn't shared with the oh-so-plebian fan base, or feels the need to tell you "I get stuff before everyone else does!"
The implication is "Look how special I am! More special than you for sure!" Gag me.
