Most beautiful singer at her best moment? Definitely Debbie. Those eyes, those cheekbones! I think Debbie was her hottest in the late 80s around Def, Dumb & Blonde, especially in the Sweet and Low video.
As much as I love Stevie I just don't think she stacks up to Debbie looks wise.
