it's a bit late for that now!! His days are almost numbered..he's running out of ideas!
As for bands like Coldplay,I just don't buy into what they're trying to do. Even though their music is well-produced,there's a hype that surrounds them and they're hailed as the biggest band on the planet,and heralded as the ''new U2''..pfft!

These kind of bands have a very 'here today,gone tomorrow' quality about them. There's an insincerity somewhere in the bombastic nature of their songs..almost like they're acting.I can't stand that.
