I don't believe that. Why would he knowingly vote for something that he knew was bogus, while at the same time just starting to rev up his presidential campaign? It would come back to bite him in the ass easily. The logic in that article escapes me.
But, you've also said that Kerry was a "ringleader" in trying to get Clinton to go to war with Iraq in '98 and I set you straight on that one.
