Birth Control pills aren't free here unless you're uninsured I believe...and in that case I think you can get them through state Department of Health offices - but I know in my home town you have to have a full examination and keep up with the exams in order to receive free birth control pills...
ANd - there are certain insurances that don't cover them unless they are used for something other than contraception -
God forbid we PREVENT unwanted pregnancies....I just don't get it...
