Before the era of cell phones, I'd get phone calls at home and the person would ask: "Are you there?" or "Where are you at?"
Of course, I've said some stupid things, too:
Pizza place: Pick-up or delivery?
Me: Yeah.
Pizza place: Pick up OR delivery??
Me: I said yeah.
