Reading through the descriptions of the ladies of the ledge it occurred to me that there is a percentage of reasonably small in height yet large in shoe size women. Is the a normal thing in the States? I know your shoe size is equal to one size higher than the UK but still it's interesting...

That's so funny, because i was looking at that too (cause i am short with big feet 5'3", size 8) to see if other people had that. i noticed some others, too, but there were a couple with normal size feet; I think it's really only a few of us with the ski's...um...someone used to call me and my short boyfriend "The Ewoks" when we showed up, but i don't think i'm a hobbit..
