) That bill was an omnibus spending bill that encompassed many other things and W lied about what the money was going for. Essentially W wanted a blank check for Halliburton. Sadly, he got it.

What I am talking about was W knew prior to the invasion that the armed forces did not have enough supplies. He could have waited until they got them. But, he chose not to. Thus, my argument.
