Congratulations on speaking up and out, Curtis.
I used to be more passive regarding gay rights... never saw myself as much of a political person, and felt that others were far more capable than I was, to intelligently and articulately stand up for the things I believe in.
But over the last few years, I realized that the only person capable of standing up for me, is me.
If I want something, I have to fight for it.
So, welcome to the ranks, Brother Curtis. We're going to win this battle yet.
