most recorded concerts are shot over a few days at the same venue to be able to edit out any mistakes and to have extra footage to fill in the blanks/edits...
I have 3 officially released DVD's in which the concerts were filmed on mulitple dates at the same venue, And ya can tell on each where post-production was done.
