I am confused by what law this guy is talking about because the Fl. Statute makes no such provision/prohibition in that all of Florida seemed to have problems with the over and under counting - which Gore failed to seize upon and make an issue of
Again, it just bugs me that people think poor Gore was this little innocent victim when he was FAR from that IMO
