I met Matt Groening - the creator of the Simpsons back in the late 80's when The Simpsons were still part of the Tracy Ullman show. He was in my town giving a lecture about his Life in Hell series....and I remember him talking about an up and coming show of the Simpsons on Fox - then he made fun of Fox and said he wasn't sure how successful it would be lol...little did he know at the time.
I was 7 or 8 possibly 9 - I can't remember - but I got his autograph (I LOVED the Tracy Ullman show and therefore already knew the Simpsons). He drew a picture of Bongo for me on the program and autographed it...very cool...
AND - Tiffany
She came to my college like two years ago and gave a free concert - all of us old school Tiffany/Debbi Gibson fans skipped class and went to it - she signed autographs afterward...it was awesome
