Everybody thinks that doing "Angel" again would be to bring back that old spirit it had when it was new. But the pessimist in me thinks the conglomeration of unnecessary people on the Fleetwood Mac stage today would take a gutsy dodge like "Angel" & turn it into a galumphing dirge.
When I heard a tape of "I Know I'm Not Wrong" from one of the shows this year, I yelled SHUTUP at Brett, Taku, Sharon, Mindy, Jana, Carlos, Neale, Joe Drummer #2, et al. Too many goddamn people showing off their chops instead of letting the song speak for itself.

I agree. I was so excited to hear that IKINW was added to the set list, but I was disappointed with all of the "fluff" that was included with it. I'm afraid the same thing would happen to Angel, too.
I wish they'd knock off "Dreams" too. I know they're tryin to please the folks who are there to hear the Rumours stuff, but that one is startin to get on my nerves! I'd love for Angel to replace it, but only if they do it right!
