I'm sure they could do something great with it, and it would be fun to see done. I'm thinking a la watching them work through "World Turning" in the Destiny Rules documentary...that was one of my favorite parts of the whole thing. It would be great to get to watch B & N trying out some of those old songs, or new ones for that matter!!!

If/when they go on tour again they ought to have a few BN songs in the set during one part of the concert, maybe done very accusticaly(sp?) and end it all with a kick @$$ version of Frozen Love with the full band. I know it's probably wishful thinking but it would be awesome. Unfortunately I'd probably be sitting by another stoned Rumours fans who'd yell "Get back to what we paid for"
As for the subject matter I think it would be easier for them to do now than say in the 80s. Songs like Sara, Say Goodbye, and Goodbye Baby are pretty personal and Lindsey and Stevie seem to be at a place where they can accept that those feelings are part of their past and sing/play with heart, revisiting for those few minutes.
So I think it would be more likely for them to do it live than to actually put it on an album because I don't think the song meshes with the material they're writing now.
Hopefully that makes sense and I'm really enjoying discussing this.
