That looks okay to me.
1. Go to User CP
2. Click on Edit Avatar
3. Click browse, find your avatar (in your case pinks.gif.)
4. Click save changes
It should show up then. I can change the gif to a jpg file if that's the problem. I don't know if it is or not, but could someone lemme know and I can change it and attach it for you.
