I'm not being a smart ass, I'm pointing out that his generalizations about how Lindsey fans feel about Stevie are so off-base most of the time that they become irrelevant.
I think that Stevie, at present time, uses just the right amount of her schtick. Not too much, not too little. I mean, even the most die-hard of fans will admit that she went so over the top in the late-eighties and early-nineties that she became a joke. She just needed to find the right balance between her image and how much should be used onstage to accompany her songs. Which, I submit, is what she has done in recent years and quite masterfully.
