I'm not saying he shouldn't think he would be allowed to change it. I'm saying that maybe he shouldn't be allowed to change it, I don't care what he thought about being allowed or not. I realize that he didn't change it because of some evil plot, only because he hadn't thought about it and answered to quickly - however, I think if he is allowed to change it, it should henceforth be known that people won't be allowed to change it evermore.
