I like your basic "f*ck off, assh*les." Bloody doesn't come up in conversation in the US much, although we think it's hilarious that it's as bad as saying f*ck in other countries.
Of course, my white-trash fellow Americans might prefer "f*ck yous all" or "screw yous guys."
