Okay. Let me get this straight. This guy that makes $30,000 a year is suing the governor but he's got an attorney working on his behalf? Now, correct me if I'm wrong but unless the attorney has taken this case on contingency (Ha!) someone's footing Cipel's legal bills. I wonder who that could be?
