Better yet, I think I should just let you guys all fight amongst yourselves and be nasty to each other, without ever trying to intervene. That way, if things do get out of control to such a degree that strikes have to be given out, then I can't be accused of anything (well, of course, excepting all the people who email and accuse you for not intervening before it got out of hand).
