Great episode last night. The edge-of-your seat moments really amp up as the show goes along.
Chip did redeem himself last night... I agree that he was coming off like a total tool before that. But I really like Kim, and if Chip continues this way, then I'll be rooting for them soon.
Charla & Mirna... I mean, what's not to love? Mirna can be rather pushy though. I think she's one of those people who's always on the defensive, even when they don't need to be... usually because of some kind of insecurity. I think winning this race might actually mean more to her than it does to Charla.
Colin & Christie... at first, I thought they were ok. We weren't getting to see too much personality from either of them in the first couple episodes, so it could have gone either way. But Colin has become one cocky S.O.B., and needs to be taken down a few pegs. I'd love to see Charla & Mirna come in ahead of them next week.
Humpty & Dumpty... err, Marshall & Lance... I wouldn't have thought it possible, but I like them less and less every week. How do these two schmucks manage to come in in the top 5 every week??
I LOVE the Bowling Moms. 'Nuff said.
Brandon & Nicole... well, I've already expressed my feelings there. They're hypocrites of the highest order, and manage to make even the most arrogant of bible-thumpers look good. But Brandon IS dreamy. *lol* So I wouldn't mind if the eye candy lasts a few weeks longer... just as long as they don't make it to the final three.
Kami & Karli... I don't know why, but I really like them. They're ditzes and they have their whiney moments too, but they're WORKING. Unlike Humpty & Dumpty, who I'm starting to believe didn't realize they were signing up for the Amazing
Race.
I'd like to see eliminated, in this order:
Marshall & Lance
Colin & Christie
Brandon & Nicole
Charla & Mirna, Chip & Kim, Karen & Linda, and Kami & Karli can then all duke it out for the final spots.
