I don't think there really are any contenders out there. I can't recall the title, but there was a flick about global warning and it's affect. The most interesting thing was the survival method. If you're in NYC and there's a freeze on, GO TO THE LIBRARY.
You can burn all the books and survive.
I'll be going to see Catwoman because it's there. Halle Berry, Sharon Stone- should be heavy on the feline fluff.
