Dude, let me dissuade you. Taylors are too bright and their construction isn't quite as good as Martins (one piece neck on the Martin's v. three pieces on the Taylors). Taylors
are great for cutting through a band sound on stage, but they lack powerful lows, except for some newer models that copy the Martin bracing system. But heck, if you're going to buy a copy, why not buy the real thing?
And you can generally get a Martin cheaper too.
