Does "group" refer to the band, or to other entities that have ownership or an interest in the back catalog? If he's referring to the band, is it because they can't made these kind of decisions on their own (i.e., managers have to be involved) or because these five people can't communicated without intermediaries? Also, if he's referring to the band it seems sad to me that they don't "hang out" together!
