He needs to pay back the people who's pensions were lost and lives shattered as a result of this debacle at his hands. However, he's had plenty of time to stash the assets now. I would love to see the heat get hot enough for him to sing on the secret energy meetings with Cheney but that ain't gonna happen either.
In the end, I think he'll end up like Milken unless a certain lame duck president gives him a Christmas Eve pardon.
