Heres what I think...
The way I see it from the Destiny Rules documentary, Lindsey was talking to John about doing this for "four or five years" from 2002 so 2007 would be a realistic timeframe. He also mentioned that for him to commit to the band he would want a lengthy tour followed by another album and one more tour after that..
LB will now finish off his solo album in his newly paid for studio and get it released to critical acclaim but it won't sell amazingly well..
Stevie will release a solo album followed by a tour which will sell very nicely.
The band will regroup in January 2006 for the follow up to Say You Will and most likely a final group studio album, with a view to a final all out tour.
Late 2006/early 2007 they will tour with a guess of something similar to this current tour. Paying one final visit to Europe, Australia, Canada etc before a final leg of the States finishing in LA or even the Bay area...
1967 Fleetwood Mac forms, 1977 Rumours released, 1987 Lindsey leaves, 1997 Lindsey rejoins and they tour again, 2007 one final album and tour to mark 40 years of Fleetwood Mac and 30 years since Rumours..... Thankyou and goodnight after that, retirement calls....
