Sure, you say that now, but when the time comes...

I have thought about the fact that Mac won't be around forever, but hey - nobody will. And there actually ARE other artists still putting out music &/or touring later in life:

Loretta Lynn just did what many have called the best album of her career. Johnny Cash was doing new stuff right up until the end of his life. Tine Turner was out there well into her late 50's before deciding to retire (not so much due to age, she stated she wanted more time for herself & her family.) Paul Simon, Tom Petty & Don Henley aren't exactly young anymore either & that hasn't stopped them from continuing to record & perform, and they don't show any signs of slowing down.

Of course, I don't expect them all to be touring like this when they're into their 70's, but who does? At least we have bootlegs!
