I mostly had problems staying asleep. I would always toss and turn and wake up. When I got up the next day, I was always exhausted. This led to alot of migranes, some starting as soon as I woke up. The point is, until I actually sucked it up and went to the doctor to get some Ambien, I had NO IDEA how much better I would feel when I actually slept through the night. Unless you body has the chance to recharge with restorative sleep, you will always feel like crap. Getting sleep has truly made all the difference to me. Now I sleep 7 hours and wake up feeling refreshed.

Is Ambien addictive, though? That kind of thing scares me.
