Again, if W had not screwed it up because he was in such a hurry and the rebuilding had been done with care, aforethought, and properly trained national guardsmen, W would be walking around with a 70% approval rating despite the lack of WMD findings. Do not think for one minute Karl Rove is not keenly aware of that and is trying every minute to spin it back to that focus. For the moment, that is what it will take for W to win in Nov.
