Irrelevant IMO.
Again, he vehemently cried for the ousting of SH. Then, he gave W and crewe carte blanch military power to do it based essentially on the same intelligence he had seen for years. Sorry, just because he did not lead the fight, Kerry is no different than W on this issue IMO
