They are accurate sizes, but think snug/stretchy-fit, "cut for women" accurate (but not
rediculously tight). If you're usually a size Small, I would go with it because I got one of the shirts that is cut this way and the Medium fits perfectly (I'm 5'9"/170 lbs.). And I don't mean "perfectly" slutty.
