Is that new to you all? Mick has done this his entire life as a drummer. He "floats, but still is a driving force. He just can't do it in another way. You even can hear it very clearly on "bleed to love her". Even in the studio he does that. I even think that's the exact reason why Lindsey loves him. He's a "feeler", not a machine.
