Yeah, Hollywood isn't her best. But just look at the other ones she released during those eras:
Nights In Estoril
Isn't It Midnight
Behind the Mask
Heart of Stone
Little Lies
Skies The Limit
Everywhere
She was at the top of her game, IMO.
