Lauren needs to bite the dust. However, you know she won't die. Vaughn isn't going to believe she's a double agent for the next 5 shows, then the season will be over with him finally coming to the realization that she is. Instead of waiting two weeks for a new episode, we'll be waiting months 
So her mother is obviously an agent as well. I have a feeling you'll see a standoff between Lauren and Sydney and then Irina and Lauren's mother  How funny would that be?? Irina will be back...this season needs her.

I know I'm going to be called an asshole for this, but I like having Lauren around.
She adds a great layer of mystery to the show. But I do want to see the evil witch die at the end of the series.
What if they made her pregnant...with Sark's kid?! That would be totally awesome. Or if they made her and Syd sisters.
And I want center seats for the Lena Olin vs. Peggy Lipton showdown.
That would be fantastic. And not only do they need to bring Irina back, but they need to bring her sister back, too. I REALLY liked her, her episode was great. I loved the ending to her show where Jack said thank you and she said "That's what family is for" and then she kissed him *passionately*. That rocked.
In the end, I think Olin is coming back, but they're keeping it hush-hush so that it's a shocker. I mean, c'mon, they already started writing her back in with the whole Rambaldi box.
And when the hell are they going to make Patricia Wettig a regular? I? Love her.
